Prof. Catherine Obianuju Acholonu Scholar. Visionary. Humanitarian.

The Let’s Help Humanitarian Foundation was established by the late Prof. Catherine Obianuju Acholonu, a renowned Nigerian author, researcher, and advocate for social justice. Her life’s work was dedicated to empowering the marginalized, advancing education, and preserving African cultural heritage.

Prof. Acholonu believed that true development begins with people — women, youth, and communities equipped with knowledge and opportunity. Through her leadership, the foundation pioneered initiatives in:

• Girl/Child Education – ensuring access to quality schooling for girls in underserved communities
• Women’s Empowerment – providing skills training, advocacy, and safe spaces for women
• Youth Development – fostering ICT literacy, vocational training, and leadership programs
• Environmental Sustainability – promoting clean water, sanitation, and climate awareness

Her vision continues to inspire the foundation’s mission today: building a future where dignity, equity, and opportunity are accessible to all.
